As a consultant, speaker, and author, John's passion is to partner with C-suite executives in identifying innovative pathways, that result in sustainable, scalable, and pragmatic solutions, optimizing significance, value, and impact for leaders and their enterprises. John has served as a President/CEO for over a decade, in addition to serving as a board director of several nonprofit, profit, and international boards on four continents. Thriving Boards is a specific consulting and resource service provided to businesses (profit or non-profits) who are governed through a board of directors. John has experience and can partner in Board Development, Board Governance, and in assisting in other key board resources. The goal is to enable boards to, through their members, add value and wisdom to the future strategy and sustainability of the enterprise. These services are provided by primarily by Dr. John Reynolds, but where appropriate, and in comsultation with the client, several close colleagues who are experts and experienced in board governance may be utilized to provide the best service.
